Catherine has been an inspiring teacher, advisor and friend for 25 years. Her unending curiosity, deep knowledge, and genuine joy exploring the rich and complex layers of Chinese painting practice and history make her an excellent guide. Catherine’s sensitive approach to teaching enables her to match the information she communicates with the knowledge level and interest of her clients, from first timers to experienced collectors and connoisseurs. This approach has built my knowledge and immensely enriched my pleasure in studying, viewing and living with Chinese ink paintings.
